Collinge & Co is a Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employer!

Developed by the Department for Education and RateMyApprenticeship, the rankings celebrate the top 50 small-to-medium enterprise (SME) employers across England, based on criteria such as apprentice feedback, achievements and intake numbers.

We are honoured to be ranked as 19th, 26 places higher that in 2024. We believe this award reflects our commitment to providing opportunities for young people and helping them to build successful, sustainable careers.

Our Apprenticeships For over 80 years, Collinge & Co has provided apprenticeship training for new stylists joining the company, and have been providing Level 2 and Level 3 hairdressing apprenticeship training for over 40 years. Following an Ofsted inspection in June 2024, Collinge & Co Training received an ‘Outstanding’ rating, a testament to the team’s commitment to providing an apprenticeships and education of exceptional quality. Apprenticeships provide learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence they’ll need to flourish in a career in hairdressing, and build a successful and sustainable future in their chosen path.
