How does it work?

1. Find your unique referral code in your online booking account, through the Collinge & Co app or by asking a member of our salon team

2. Share your code with your friend and ask them to enter your code when creating their Collinge & Co account online or in-salon

3. They’ll automatically receive £10 off their first appointment, and you’ll receive your £10 credit after they’ve completed their appointment

How can I find my referral code? 

In salon: Ask your stylist or a member of the reception team for your referral code

Online account: Log in to your online booking account and click to share your referral code or referral link with a friend

Collinge & Co app: Download the Collinge & Co App (available on the Apple AppStore and on Google Play Store) and click to copy your code in your profile. You can also share your code straight to a text message, WhatsApp, Instagram or other messaging platform by clicking ‘share’

Frequently asked questions

Can I refer multiple people? and get £10 credit every time?

Yes! For every person you refer, you’ll receive £10 towards salon services, and they’ll receive their discount. To see how many referral credits you’ve earned, you can check in the Collinge & Co app, through your online booking profile or at reception.

When does my friend need to use my code?

Your friend will need to enter your code when they first create an account and book their appointment. This allows our system to apply their credit correctly on their first appointment, and to credit yours to your account.

Who can I refer?

You can refer anyone who hasn’t visited us before, whether they’re a friend, family member, colleague or neighbour!
