Collinge & Co Training Competition: Intersalon 2025

On the 27th of May, we held our annual Intersalon competition at the Liner Hotel, Liverpool. Each year, we bring learners together from every salon Collinge & Co Training trains for to demonstrate their technical skills and creativity.
Intersalon is a fantastic opportunity for learners to showcase the knowledge and skills they've developed over the course of their apprenticeship, whilst also experiencing the world of competitive hairdressing. Judges looked for overall skill and ability in handling and preparing the hair, using appropriate tools and techniques and the creative uses of added hair and accessories to compliment the final look.
This year, we had the pleasure of being joined by James Stanhope from Wella, Helen Hall from City & Guilds and Hailey Poles from Michael John as our judges.
Everyone who competed should be very proud of themselves as the display of talent, creativity and skills was exceptional. Congratulations to everyone who placed, and everyone who participated! 🎉
