Your appointment will begin with a consultation where you and your stylist can discuss different styles and what will work best for you and your hair. Your stylist will recommend the correct wash and care products to cleanse and condition your hair at the backwash. Your hair will then be washed and conditioned. Following this, your hair will be cut to suit the desired result. Your hair will then be finished with a blow dry (or diffused/set).

A haircut service for if you have thick/long hair or you require additional styling, such as wanding, curling or pin curls.


Clippering hair

A shorter appointment for short hair that predominantly features clipper work. Your appointment will begin with a consultation where you and your stylist will agree on the style. Includes a shampoo and head massage. Your hair will primarily be cut with clippers and with some use of scissors depending on the desired style.

A service for very short hair, or men's hair. Your appointment will begin with a consultation where you and your stylist will agree on the style. Your hair will be cut dry with the use of clippers in order to achieve the desired style.

Children and toddlers are welcome at our salons, and we offer Under-14s Cut & Finish and Toddler Cut appointments for younger clients.

Cutting a lob haircut

    • Booking with us is straightforward. You can either:

      • Call your preferred salon directly
      • Book online through our booking page or app
      • Pop into one of our salons to speak to our reception teams

    • No, you don't need to book a cut consultation before you can book a haircut with us as a new client. You can, however, book a cut consultation if you wish to speak with a stylist before committing to a service.

    • We understand that not all hair is created equal. If you've got particularly long or thick hair or you have extensions, our services can be extended to accommodate the extra time and product needed.

      If you think your hair falls under one of these categories, please book the Long or Thick option for your preferred service to ensure enough time can be allocated for your appointment.

    • Yes, we can pin your blow dry or curls for you! To ensure we can allocate enough time to pin your hair up, please telephone your preferred salon to book and let them you you'd like your hair to be pinned.
